What is your returns policy?
Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies must be submitted to us using the returns service in the my accounts section and must be submitted within 7 days after receipt of goods to obtain a returns authorization and return instructions. Please note we will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after 7 working days. We will not process opened or used items.
