These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions with 7DayCosmetics.com.
You are advised to read these terms and conditions carefully and keep a copy
for your reference.
Pricing & Availability
All product prices are in £ sterling including VAT the current UK rate of 20%.
The prices are exclusive of postage & packaging. We reserve the right to
change any advertised price before accepting an order. Prices with a marked
Recommended Retail Price (RRP) refer to prices the manufacturer recommends
goods are sold at in the UK, or prices that high street retailers within the UK
are currently offering the same product. All products are subject to
availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be
fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the
unavailable product(s).
Authenticity & Products Details
We only sell genuine products. We do not sell used, expired, damaged, copied or
illegal products. Sometimes, the packaging of our stock may differ from that
sold in the UK because we occasionally buy stock originally intended for sale
in another country. Where relevant detailed descriptions of the product are
given to assist you with your purchase. The photographs and colour graphics on
the website are for illustrative purposes only and may vary depending on your
computer/screen settings.
Secure Online Payment
Secure payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Visa
Electron, Maestro, Amex or Direct Debit. Payment will be debited to your
account before despatch of your purchase. 7DayCosmetics.com uses the PayPal
online payment gateway systems. Customers are taken to a secure page where they
can enter their UK credit/debit card details in order to process payment. 7DayCosmetics.com
will not pass on any of your details to third parties unless required to do so
as part of the order verification or if required to do so by UK governing law.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to
keep the details of your order and payment secure. 7DayCosmetics.com cannot be
held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised
access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from us. Customers
should never e-mail their credit/debit card details.
Order Confirmation
You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with 7DayCosmetics.com.
We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to
these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Delivery
We currently deliver Worldwide. A signature may be
required on delivery of the stock depending on the type of shipping chosen by you during the checkout. It is possible for you to specify a
delivery date.
Returns
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact customer
services using the returns facility in the my accounts section (you need to be logged in)
within 7 working days of goods receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund.
You must obtain a returns acknowledgement number confirmed by e-mail from us
prior to returning the item back to us by second class post. We will only
refund the purchase cost of the item and the postage cost of returning the item
and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge. We will not be
responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after 7 working days. We will
not process opened or used items. We recommend that you visit your local
department store, find products or scents you enjoy, and then visit our website
to purchase them at a discount off the retail price.
Cancellation of Orders
Except at the busiest time of the year, e.g. Christmas, orders are normally
despatched to you within 1 working day of receipt by us. If you wish to cancel
BEFORE we have sent goods, you must confirm to us by email immediately. If your
order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and your payment will be returned
to you.
If
you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after
receiving the goods the following procedures apply :-
When
you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a
“cooling off period” of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have
changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused,
unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from 7DayCosmetics.com.
We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is
not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us.
You
must contact us by e-mail to confirm which items are being returned and the
reasons for return. You will then receive a returns acknowledgement number
confirmed by e-mail from us. You must obtain a returns acknowledgement number

second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required
to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of
returning the item(s). Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned

14 days of receipt of the returned goods. It is always helpful to know why you
have changed your mind and cancelled an order.
These
conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Personal and credit card details are sent to our payment gateway providers
using a secure web page by the PayPal online payment systems. This means that
there is a secure link between your computer and our payment gateway providers
when transferring personal and payment information. We take all reasonable
care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order
and payment secure. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a
third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing
or ordering from 7DayCosmetics.com.
Data Privacy
The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. We do not
supply any of your details to any third party at all. We may send you e-mail
notifications of newsletters, special promotions, information and respond to
your queries from 7DayCosmetics.com. In all e-mails you will be given the
option to 'unsubscribe' from our mailing list. Should you unsubscribe, you will
not be sent future correspondence unless you request to be added to our mailing
list at a later date. 7DayCosmetics.com will not pass on any of your details to
third parties unless required to do so as part of the order verification
process or if required to do so by UK governing law.
As
a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer.
Sales
on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any
dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are
subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by
us.
All
orders are subject to these terms and conditions. Our customers are deemed to
